What is a fear that you have and how has it limited you? How do you plan on letting it go or overcoming it in the coming year?
“I have a fear of letting people down to the point where I sacrifice my peace and well being. Turns out no one I care about really wants me to do that. It also ends up leaving me resentful! Not really a win win. It works best if I take an honest assessment in the moment and think it through to the end. If it seems like a good thing to do, do it.”

“My fear is being drowned by the barrage of information hurtling at my head from the little box in front of me right now, and I'm overcoming it by saying the hell with it.”

What is a fear that you have and how has it limited you? How do you plan on letting it go or overcoming it in the coming year?
I've always been anxious about connecting with people. Sometimes the simple act of picking up the phone or checking my email can paralyze me. As a writer/producer, I have to communicate for a living, so this is something I obviously need to work on! This year, I'm determined to reach out to others, and more importantly, to receive other people's messages without fear. I don't want to miss out on a key part of the human experience.
